• The ilert Responder AI Agent is still in closed BETA, we have updated the experience again, customer can now created custom agents right within ilert with their desired capabilities and custom behaviours

MCP

• The official ilert model context protocol server is here: https://github.com/iLert/mcp-ilert simply create an API key in your ilert account and install the MCP server in your favorite LLM tool e.g. Claude Desktop or Cursor and interact with alerts and incidents right through AI. The current toolset focusses on the well known ilert ChatOps experience around the alert lifecycle. If you have further requests for tools do not hesitate to reach out to us 😄
