### New features and improvements

* We introduced **Event Flow Hibernation** a feature that now allows the WAIT node to wait for up to 14 days, also granting the option to use support hours for it
* We have introduced a new **TRANSFORM node** for event flows, giving teams more control over flow behavior and payload handling
* We rolled out multiple **Event API** updates, including support for **services and severity in events**, improved service handling
* We delivered a set of **RCA improvements**, including conversation syncing, additional RCA fields, and RCA data fetch support for alerts
* We added **ManagedBy** entity support to improve IaC-related ownership, ilert will now show you if a resource is managed through Terraform
* We added an export function to resources supported by our Terraform provider, you can now directly export your preconfigured entities as HCL

### Integration updates

* We have introduced new inbound integrations: Dotcom Monitor, HelpScout, ScienceLogic and Uptime
* We have introduced a brand new **Google Chat** ChatOps bot integration, that brings known ilert Slack and MSTeams bot features to customers using Google Chat
* We have improved the Zammad inbound integration with better support for comment events
* We have improved the AWS GuardDuty integration, it is no longer dropping low severity events by default
