New features and improvements

• We introduced RBAC as additional layer on top of our existing relation based user permission concept, this allows us to move faster with new roles and enables enterprise customers to define custom roles for their needs

• Leveraging our new RBAC layer, we have introduced a new user role VIEWER

• We expanded alert list filtering with more label filter operators for more precise alert views

• We improved the A2UI chat skills of our AI SRE agent allowing for richer chat experiences

• We introduced ownership and personal visibility enhancements for conversations and RCA investigation related entities

• We released alert merge features for ChatOps bots

Integration updates

• We expanded default inbound template coverage for integrations including Amazon SNS, HaloPSA, Hyperping, NCentral, Sentry, UptimeRobot, Catchpoint, ClusterControl, Dynatrace, GitLab, Cisco Meraki, KentixAM, TOPdesk, Zammad, Graylog, MongoDB Atlas, Oh Dear, SolarWinds, Zapier, and Zendesk

• We continued improving templating and integration handling quality for custom event payloads across multiple inbound integrations
