IT-Conductor Integration
Integrate IT-Conductor with ilert to feed IT operations alerts into on-call workflows, enabling quick escalation and proactive issue resolution.
IT-Conductor is a patented, cloud-based service platform designed to monitor, manage, and orchestrate enterprise IT through intelligent automation. Connecting IT-Conductor with ilert ensures IT operations alerts – ranging from system anomalies to service outages – are instantly visible to on-call engineers. With structured alert routing and automated escalations, teams can resolve technical issues more efficiently and maintain reliable operations.
In ilert: Create an IT-Conductor alert source
Go to Alerting → Alert sources and click Create new alert source.
Search for IT-Conductor in the search field, click the IT-Conductor tile, and then Next.
Give your alert source a name, optionally assign teams, and click Next.
Select an escalation policy by creating a new one or assigning an existing one.
Select your Alert grouping preference and click Continue setup. You may click Do not group alerts for now and change it later.
The next page shows additional settings, such as customer alert templates or notification priority. Click Finish setup for now.
On the final page, an API key and/or webhook URL will be generated. You will need it later.
In IT-Conductor: Create an Integration Provider
On the top bar, navigate to Management -> Notification -> Integration Providers.
Click on the ilert symbole.
Select the desired Role and Gateway.
Add the Integration key of the ilert alert source into the Integration Key field.
