# How can I enter into a Data Processing Agreement with ilert?

> **Note:** **Account Owner**
>
> You need to be the account owner to perform this action.

ilert's data processing agreement is available at <https://www.ilert.com/legal/data-processing-agreement>. You can agree to ilert's DPA in your ilert account.

To enter into ilert's data processing agreement:

1. Log-in as the account owner
2. Click on the cog icon in the top right and go to **Account settings**
3. Go to the **Data privacy** tab
4. Review the DPA and compete the form.
