## Service Type

ilert is a **cloud-based SaaS platform** for incident management, on-call management, and alerting. There is no on-premises deployment. The service is hosted exclusively in the EU on AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany.

## Payment Information

Payment details (bank account / ACH information) are **generated dynamically and are unique to each customer account**. They will be included in your first invoice. Supported payment methods:

* **Credit Card** — available for all plans
* **US ACH Domestic Wire** — available for invoiced amounts
* **SEPA Direct Debit** — available for EU customers
* **Bank Transfer** — available for invoiced amounts
